The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the standard bearer of coach training, regulation and accountability. Nico is a current and active member of the ICF and will continue through the credentialing and continued education process indefinitely.
Being a member of the ICF ensures, to clients, that all coaching services meet legal and ethical requirements, training standards, and continued education requirements. Nico is also a member of the ICF of Georgia (local chapter).

“The 125-program includes the first three modules, plus an additional three: Coaching Techniques I, Coaching Techniques II, and Business Development. Both programs also include independent study hours, 10 hours of mentor coaching with written feedback, and a final performance evaluation. Students who complete the training hours necessary may apply for a Professional Certified Coach credential (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).”
Nico has completed his PCC training requirements and is working to complete the required coaching hours before submitting for his ACC & PCC Credentials through the ICF. He continues to expand on his education and required hours through local collaboration and science based training.

Nico is currently pursuing a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Leader Development. He currently holds a 4.o graduate GPA and remains an active member of the University community.
Coach Nico holds a post-bachelorette degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Finance. This program is offered by the D. Abbott Turner College of Business at Columbus State University, an AACSB Internationally accredited program. Nico has maintained honors, represented Second Story Ministries as President during the 2019-2020 academic year, and has been recognized with multiple academic and military based scholarships. He is a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success and has been accepted to continue learning through the Masters of Organizational Leadership program in Fall ‘21 with a focus on Leader Development.

Nico completed his first Bachelors degree in 2011 at Southern Connecticut State University. He studied Interpersonal & Relational Communication under professors such as, the late, Frank Tavares; the voice of NPR for many years. Nico completed his degree with a 3.3 GPA and was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, Order of Omega, and Alpha Chi honors societies and completed his degree requirements in just three years.
In addition Nico is trained and certified in Training & Development, Conflict Mediation, and Event Planning.
